You can check the status of snapshots when the Health Status indicates that an error has occurred.

  • Obtain the following:
    • Server name
    • Volume name
    • Date and time the snapshot was created
  • You must have the Storage Administrator (View Only) role.
  1. From the navigation tree, select Storage > Servers.

If you are not using VSP One Block Administrator to manage servers, from the navigation tree, click Storage > Volumes, and then go to step 3.

  2. From the inventory of servers, click the server name to open the server details page.
  3. From the inventory of volumes at the bottom of the details page, click the volume name to open the volume details page.
  4. On the Snapshots tab, check the status of the snapshot.
