Basic troubleshooting steps are the same as scheduling Automator service (described in Troubleshooting scheduling Automator service task issue).
The following is an error example for the change backup retention Automator service.
- Select the Summary tab for the change backup retention task.
The Message field contains the message ID of the error. For more information, see Ops Center Automator error messages.
- Select the Results tab.
When an error occurs during the processing for each export volume, the error message details are shown in the Results tab. Check the Message column of the table to see the details of the error.
