If the issues is with the backup Automator service task, follow the next steps to troubleshoot it.
- Navigate to Tasks, select the failed task from the Tasks or Debug view, then click Show Details.
- In the Task Details dialog box, Select Summary. Then next figure shows the summary information for a failed task in the Message field.
- In Message locate the ID of the error. To review error details, see error codes in Open server error codes and actions. To view additional error details, select Log tab, and the details display as shown next.
- Review the step during which the error occurred.To view additional error details in another way, select Flow tab, right-click the step during which the error occurred, and select Show Step Log.
- If the error message includes a CR Scripts error message, check the CR Scripts log files, which are located CR-Scripts-installation-folder\log\bscr_log.log and CR-Scripts-installation-folder\trclog\bscr_trace.log.
