From the Object Storage Management application, select Settings > Encryption. The ENCRYPTION page opens. The page displays information about the key management configuration. Select a secondary KMS server from the list, click the more icon (), and select Promote. The KMS server role changes to Primary. The external KMS server is designated as the primary server.
