Note: HTTP Negotiate can only be configured with an Active Directory (LDAP) identity provider type.

To configure Mozille Firefox for HTTP Negotiate, repeat the following steps for every each AD user:

  1. Open Firefox and edit its network settings.
    1. In the browser's address field, enter the following command: about:config
    2. Accept the warning message that appears to continue.
    3. In the Preference Name list, double-click network.negotiate-auth.delegation-uris to edit its values.
    4. In the Enter string value window, enter your HCI URL:

      https://<HCI-system-name>.<your-domain-name>

      Multiple HCI URLs can be added as a comma-separated list.

    5. Click OK.
    6. In the Preference Name list, double-click network.negotiate-auth.trusted-uris to edit its values.
    7. In the Enter string value window, enter in your HCI URL: https://<HCI-system-name>.<your-domain-name>

      Multiple HCI URLs can be added as a comma-separated list.

    8. Click OK.
  2. Restart Firefox.
