Downloading search result lists

After doing a search, you can download a list of the results. The list is downloaded as a .csv (comma-separated value) file. This file contains only search result metadata. The full contents of each search result are not downloaded.

To download a list of results:

  1. Search for a file.
  2. Click the download search results icon.


  3. Select the number of results to download.
  4. Select the fields you want to include for each result:
    • URI only: The downloaded file contains only the URI for each search result.
    • All fields: The downloaded file contains all fields for each search result.
    • Selected fields: The downloaded file contains only the fields you select.
  5. Click Fetch Results > Download Results.
