In the following cases, z/OSMF or the login procedure might be
incorrectly configured, or there might be a communication failure.
- If the API request for starting TSO/E results in an error
- If the BCM Web API server starts successfully, but there is no response to BCM Web API requests and no received message records are recorded in the BCM Web API log
If you cannot identify the cause of the failure, collect the z/OSMF log files in the following zFS directory. For details about z/OSMF log files, see "z/OSMF log files" in the IBM manual z/OS Management Facility Programming Guide.
