The method for determining the I/O destination volume was changed as follows.
When a command is executed to perform a path operation, if the route list is loaded and a command device is defined for the target storage system, the I/O destination volume will be the command device. This is true even if the target storage system is directly connected to the host and regardless of the following specification (specification of the method for issuing commands to Gen'ed volumes).
Whether the VIACDEV parameter is specified for the YKLOAD command
Whether Y is set for All Commands via CDEV Function on the Set Defaults panel
