In Business Continuity Manager version 6.6.1 or later, when the YKIMPORT command is executed, the P-VOLs and S-VOLs of copy pairs to be defined are automatically checked to see whether their capacities are the same.

If the P-VOL and S-VOL capacities are not the same, the YKJ215E message is output and the copy group definition file is not created. If a volume capacity cannot be acquired, the YKJ214W message is output and the copy group definition file is created.

To define a copy pair without checking the capacities of its volumes (as is the case in Business Continuity Manager versions earlier than 6.6.1), specify NOCHECK for the CAPACITY parameter of the YKIMPORT command.
