The Business Continuity Manager CLI commands can be executed in a System REXX environment. To start a System REXX environment, you must set up the RACF. Define the AXR*.* profile for the STARTED class of the RACF, and then define the SYSREXX.* profile for the SURROGAT class. Then, set the READ permissions for these profiles to users.
